Include the article's link, the wording you are questioning and the indoor unit or remote model if it matters. If you have a manufacturer manual or support page that explains the issue, include its link and page number. You do not need to send proof of purchase or a serial number.

Tell us which page was affected and what happened. For a display or navigation problem, your device and browser name can help. A screenshot is optional; remove personal details before sending it.

Use the same email for questions about reuse of our content, privacy or the website. Please include a clear subject, such as "Article correction", "Website problem", "Content permission" or "Privacy request".
This is not a repair or emergency service
We cannot diagnose your equipment, arrange warranty service or provide individual repair instructions by email.
